Blackstream Property Management's roots run deep in the heart of Greenville, SC. Our journey began as a natural extension of our well-established Blackstream Christie's International residential brokerage and SVN Blackstream commercial brokerage.

As trusted real estate professionals, we found ourselves increasingly called upon to manage properties for discerning owners and investors. Our first major undertaking was the management of our own corporate office at 20 Overbrook Court, a multifaceted building that also serves as a multifamily residential complex. This hands-on experience became our proving ground, allowing us to refine our management skills and develop a comprehensive understanding of both commercial and residential property needs.
